TruckMD | Areva, the AI Co-Driver for Owner-Operators

Areva

She knows what your truck will cost you before you do.The first AI co-driver built by an owner-operator, not a tech company.

Areva is the AI co-driver inside the TruckMD app — Not a maintenance app. Not an expense tracker. Both. Two worlds that never talked to each other, finally talking.

No kickbacks, no ads, no data for sale. This demo isn't connected to your truck yet — the full Areva runs on your numbers. Answers use typical 2025 owner-op math: estimates, not promises.
The Problem

It's not the freight. It's the math.

1

Half your costs change every day.

Fuel, repairs, tires, parking — they never sit still. Diesel reprices overnight. One breakdown rewrites a whole month. So most drivers never really know what a mile costs them.

2

Wrong number, bad loads.

If your cost per mile is off — even by a nickel — loads that look good actually lose money. You never see the leak. The money just isn't there at the end of the month.

3

And nobody tracks it for you.

The broker knows their number. The shop knows theirs. The lender sure knows his. The only number nobody's watching is yours — and it's the one your whole operation rides on.

85%
of owner-operators go out of business in their first 24 months.

It's not the freight — it's the math. If your cost per mile is wrong, every load you price off that number is a bad bet, and you don't see the losses until the money's already gone.

The way out · 2 minutes
So — what's your real cost per mile?

I ran my trucks off a number in my head since day one, and that number was wrong. Every day you don't know your real number, somebody else prices your work for you. Run yours right now — your real bills, your miles, then a live load checked against it. It made all the difference in mine. Keeping it right every day after that is Areva's job.

Your truck has a heartbeat

She never takes her eyes off it.

Every mile, every repair, every dollar is a pulse. Areva reads the rhythm and hears the skip coming before you feel it.

Why I Built This

I run a trucking company. So I've seen exactly who this industry is built for.

Brokers, shops, lenders, middlemen, everyone's got a hand out, and almost none of it is built to help the person behind the wheel. The driver takes all the risk and does all the work, and has no one truly in their corner.

So I built it. Areva is that thing, a co-driver that knows your truck, tells you the truth, and answers to you and nobody else. No kickbacks. No middleman taking a cut of your decisions.

Straight Answers

The questions you should be asking.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

They stay yours. Everything you logged, every repair, every date, every dollar, stays in your account and you can keep logging manually for free, forever. Your health score freezes where it was and is marked paused until Areva is back on. No hostages here.

What does Areva actually cost?

The app itself — logging, records, and history — is free with no card required. Areva is a flat per-truck add-on: $79 a month for the first truck at launch, $69 a truck for trucks 2–5, $59 for trucks 6–10, and past ten we talk. Annual takes 20% off. Waitlist members lock the $49 founding rate on their first truck before launch, and that number never moves.

Is the health score a guarantee my truck won't break down?

No, and anyone who promises that is selling you something. The score measures how well you're keeping up with the recommended maintenance for your truck's make, model, and mileage. Areva uses the repair/maintenance reports and cost data to help predict future repairs needed so you always have a clear picture of the health of your truck. Stay ahead of it and the score climbs. Skip and stretch intervals and it drops. The score is a mirror of your maintenance habits. The predictions are Areva reading the road ahead from your own data.

Do you sell my data to brokers, shops, or anyone else?

No. Areva is built to protect you, not the people who profit off you. Your numbers are your leverage. Handing them to the other side of the table would defeat the entire point of this product.

Where does the "+37% more net profit" number come from?

It's an estimate, not a promise, built on 2025 owner-op data: a typical operator running about 94,000 miles a year on roughly $220K gross and $72K net. Four levers, run against your numbers not ours. Knowing your real cost per load is the big one. True cost runs about $2.26 a mile, and a few underpriced loads wipe out a month, so knowing your floor and passing the losers is worth about $14,500 a year, call it +20%. Catching a breakdown before it happens saves another chunk: a roadside failure runs three to four times a shop fix once you add the tow and a day parked, so heading off a few a year is around $6,500, about +9%. Reading months of your own history to flag a lane or broker quietly going soft is worth roughly $2,900, +4%. Logging miles and expenses by voice so write-offs don't slip recovers about $3,000 in missed deductions, another +4%. Those overlap a little, so we trimmed them rather than stack the raw numbers, which is how four levers land at +37%, not higher. Your truck, lanes, and freight will move every one of these. The honest version is your own before-and-after once Areva's been in your pocket a few months.

Is this for one truck or a whole fleet?

Both — it's the same math either way. One rig with every repair and mile on record, or ten trucks each carrying their own costs, records, and compliance dates, with trailers tracked as their own asset. Areva keeps every one straight, the way I wish somebody had for me.
